Unfortunately I’ve had a few people recently arrive at the wrong time or without an appointment (due to an incomplete online booking). Once you have booked an appointment you will receive an email confirmation with all the details you need to know. You can also check your upcoming & past appointments through the ‘My appointments’ feature on the website (shown in the next slide)
I do understand that things can get mixed up, and I will always try my best to accommodate where possible however to avoid disappointment please be sure to double check🌷

Longevity - 6-8 weeks
Maintenance - wax, tint & eyelash tint at the 4 week mark for a freshen up, 8 weeks for re-lifting!
Aftercare - brush daily to set into place, conditioner in brows when needed

Unfortunately with the busy portion of the year coming into full swing, there have been many last minute cancelling and no shows that I need to set a reminder of my salon policies.
Please be mindful that this is my only job and source of income, and if you do not show up, I do not get paid.
While it is extremely unfair to me, it’s also unfair to clients who would also like to book in.
Please be reminded that 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling is required to avoid any fees and while I understand life can get busy and things do come up, I do ask to be notified in advance.
