🔵 Recently, somebody was kind enough to send me this product to see if I might be interested in stocking it at our practice. It was a kind gesture, and whilst I was appreciative, I have to be honest and say, I really didn’t like it, and I think there’s a better alternative.

🔵 Indian clubs might be one of the oldest shoulder training tools still in use today.
Originating in India centuries ago, they were later adopted by soldiers, athletes and physical culture enthusiasts across the world to develop strength, coordination and shoulder resilience.
Unlike traditional gym exercises that move in straight lines, Indian clubs train the shoulders through smooth rotational patterns that challenge mobility, control and timing simultaneously.
The movements shown here are called inside mills and outside mills — classic exercises that many people find leave their shoulders feeling looser and moving better afterwards.
Have you ever tried Indian clubs before?

🔵 This is my Dad, Brian. Some of you have been lucky enough to have met my Dad on. Few occasions at the practice. He helps me out on Saturday mornings letting people into the building, bringing them up in the lift, and processing payments. He also offers light conversation dabbled with interesting life stories and light humour.
Behind the scenes, Dad does some book work for me and is a sounding board for many of my ideas. He is a grounding force, a wealth of wisdom, and generally, just a good man.
My Dad is 85 now and I feel incredibly grateful to have him around and have his help. It is especially appreciated as he is extremely cheap labor costing me absolutely nothing.
Dad, if you’re reading this, don’t be late to work this Saturday.😘
