🍎🍊🥕 Apple, Orange, and Carrot Smoothie

This classic combination of apples, carrots, and oranges is great for helping your body protect itself and fight off infections. Besides, it is packed with antioxidants, making it a great juice to have for glowing skin as well.

📝 Ingredients:
- Two large carrots, with the tops, trimmed
- One Granny Smith apple, quartered
- One large orange, peeled and quartered
- Optional: 1 teaspoon of grated ginger for a mildly spicy kick

🥤 Directions:
- Rinse ingredients and pop them in your juicer.
- Drink or place in a tightly sealed jug and refrigerate immediately. Keeps for about two days.

These are by far the fluffiest pancakes we've ever made. If you don't like bananas you can skip them.🥞

📝 Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tsp. kosher salt
3/4 c. whole milk
1/2 c. sour cream
2 large eggs
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 banana, sliced into coins
Butter, for cooking

📝 Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, brown sugar, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and sour cream, then add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until just combined.

Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. When the butter is foamy, reduce heat to medium-low and ladle pancake batter into skillet. Top each with a few banana coins.

Cook until bubbles start to form in the batter and the pancake is golden underneath, about 3 minutes then flip and cook the other side until golden, another 3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.

make these easily stuffed avocados for lunch🍤🥑. They come together in under 30 minutes and make for easy leftovers! These have a real kick of heat🔥

📝 Ingredients:
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails removed
1 tsp. paprika
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. hot sauce
Juice of 1/2 lime
3 avocados, halved and pits removed
1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced

📝 Directions:
In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is opaque 2 minutes. Add paprika and season with salt and pepper. Let cool.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, and lime juice.
Scoop the flesh out of avocado and reserve skins. Dice avocado and add to a medium bowl.

Add shrimp and red onion and toss to combine. Add spicy mayo and gently stir until everything is well coated. Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the mixture between avocado skins and garnish with green onions.
