A message from Bombah 🤎

To all my valued clients,

The last 3.5 years of Bombah Hair have been nothing short of amazing and it’s thanks to each and every one of you, my incredible clients.

My hairdressing journey has spanned 15+ years and in that time I have had some truly remarkable career highlights, my biggest achievement by far was opening my first boutique salon.

I’ve spent some time recently figuring out what the year ahead looks like for me and I have made the decision to hang up my hairdressing boots and focus on starting my little family.

I know the last few years would not have been possible without the loyalty and support of all of you so from the bottom of my heart, thank you.

You’ve made coming to work a pleasure and not to mention seeing your eyes light up when you see how good you look in the mirror - something I will truly miss.

At this stage, I aim to finish at the end of March 2023 so it gives me a bit of time to wrap things up and assist you with finding a new stylist if that is something you’re interested in.

Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued support of me, whether I’ve known you from the beginning of my hairdressing career or not long at all.

You’ll have noticed your reminder texts are worded different and contain a link.

It’s imperative you click the link and fill out your credit card details to secure your booking.

With Christmas trade fast approaching and a growing waitlist, I need to ensure all clients have confirmed their appointments.

By not completing this step you will lose your booking and potentially miss out on your appointments for the rest of the year 🤯

For all you tech savvy peeps, you can download the app which allows you to create an online profile where you can manage your future bookings instantly!

Most of you know me but for the newbies hello 👋🏼

My name is Alishia and I am the woman behind Bombah Hair🙋🏻‍♀️
I manage everything behind the scenes, take bookings, try keep up with social media and run a small business all while servicing my amazing clients - and I wouldn’t have it any other way (big control freak energy)!

Although working for myself has been the single greatest decision I’ve made in my career it does come with it’s challenges. I’ve always prided myself on being very open and honest so here it is…

I have embarked on the incredible and equally terrifying IVF journey with my crazy partner in crime and boy is it full on! I’ve learnt there is still so much stigma and secrecy surrounding this topic hence why I felt so strongly about sharing my experience.

I had no idea what to expect however I’ve learnt very quickly just how unpredictable each week can be which is why I wanted to let you know that there will most definitely be disruptions to existing appointments.

Unfortunately working for yourself doesn’t allow you any sick days. So if at any stage I do need to cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointments I sincerely apologize. Please be patient with me as I try to fit you in on another day. Chances are I’ll be coming in on my day off to accommodate you as I really hate to disappoint people.

If at any stage this doesn’t suit you or you need alternatives when it comes to rescheduling I suggest you get in touch with me to cancel your upcoming bookings.

I have been so blessed with the level of compassion and understanding that I’ve received so far however, please don’t take my kindness for weakness. I will not tolerate being treated disrespectfully, I will not tolerate being guilted and I certainly will not tolerate entitled behavior.

As always, I will communicate future changes early on to allow you to make the decision that best suits your needs.

I am extremely grateful for the beautiful souls that walked through my doors, who have supported me through a very tough couple of years and who continue to support me, your understanding and patience does not go unnoticed 🙏🏼

To my valued clients, as I’m sure you all know, there have been significant prices rises throughout our industry.

In order to continue to provide you with the highest level of service whilst using high quality products, there will be price increases on some services as well as new add ons.
