Do I enjoy putting my swollen, red, painful looking Fibroblasted face on the internet? Absolutely not 😭🙅🏼‍♀️
But here we are anyway 🙃
It had been almost 3 years since I'd done a full face fibroblast on myself, so it was time!
I focused on eyes, upper lip and nasolabial areas - however the dots aren't as close on myself as I'm able to do on others - it's a lot trickier to do it on myself 😅
This was Day 1 - the morning after. I'm not going to lie - it feels worse than it looks 😬

10 days later (I wasn't great at taking daily photos sorryyy!)
I followed my personalised healing protocol, I walked, I drank tonnes of water, ate well, got morning sun on me - yes INCLUDING MY FACE! I kept it clean and loved up 🩷
I had a few spots come up - this is normal and a protective mechanism the skin does when it feels "attacked", no other issues, and my skin is healing well. I can still see a few faint dots in some areas - this is also normal at this point, as fresh new skin rebuilds, it always evens out. I'll try to take more photos as the next 12 weeks go on, and see how things evolve from here 🤩
