I am literally crying writing this.

I have no words. Actually I have so many words but none of them feel big enough right now.

This salon. This space. Every single decision, every late night, every moment of self doubt about whether it was all worth it. This is why. This is exactly why.

She came to us after having bonds that were far too heavy for her hair type with no colour or texture matching at all. You can see it in the before. The weight, the tension, the way the extensions sat completely separate from her natural hair. It breaks my heart every time I see this because it is so avoidable when you are in the right hands.

We removed everything, let her hair breathe and started fresh.

This is where texture matching changes everything. We hand selected four customised colours from our in-house stock not just to match her tone but to match the way her hair moves, catches the light and sits naturally. When the texture and colour are right the result is seamless. Nobody can tell and that is exactly the point.
