As I have previously mentioned there will be a couple of little changes to Glo for 2025….

Price adjustment -
From 1st of March there will be a price adjustment across most of my services. This is something I’ve held off doing since I opened 3 years ago but will enable me to continue to provide you with the best quality products and service. Please reach out if you have any queries about this change.

Saturday hours -
I will now be working every 2nd Saturday. I’ve been feeling the call to spend a little more time with my family for a little while now so by doing every 2nd weekend I think this could even out that balance so much more.

School holidays - Now we have our little guy in kinder we have 2 kids to juggle over the holidays so I just wanted to let you all know in advance that as a general rule I won’t be available for the school holidays. If you could factor that into your future bookings that would be great. I will however do more Saturdays around the holidays and if need be and I can make it work I could also do an evening here or there over them also.

✨A moment for these very special brows🙌🏻

I have been seeing this gorgeous girl for over 10 years!!! I first started doing her brows when I was working in a Melbourne CBD salon and she was still in high school - doesn’t make me feel old at all🙈.
She has followed me near and far since then and although our appointments are a little further apart now, (she still lives in Melbourne) it’s so humbling that she drove all the way to Ocean Grove to see me today🥰
We added a tint today to give her brows a little more depth, to fill in some pesky gaps) and to also match the slightly darker hair colour she currently has.
Meeting people and getting to hear their stories is such a special part of my job, especially when it’s been over such a long period of time🫶🤍

An update on the cancellation policy✨

Cancellations, no shows, or any changes made within 24 hrs of your appointment time will now incur a fee of 50% of the reserved treatment total.
This fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling your next appointment.

A confirmation message and/or email is sent at your initial booking time, reminders are then sent again 48 hrs prior to your appointment.
This allows time for any changes to be made & also gives me a chance to fill any spaces if cancellations do occur.
These reminders list exactly which services are booked, so if you no longer require a treatment or have to change anything, please let me know asap.

As I’m currently only working part time in the beauty room, last minute changes & cancellations have a significant impact on not only my small business, but also other clients who have missed out on the opportunity of booking that time slot.

I’m passionate about creating a nurturing space where you can come & enjoy a moment to yourself without the feeling of being rushed so lets respect each others time, it’s all about mutual respect and support and I truly appreciate your support🤍
