Checking blood glucose levels using a glucometer. Even if you are using a continous glucose monitor, having a glucometer handy is highly recomended for days/times when technology fails or is interrupted. That is my reading 2 hrs post meal.

There is no one size fits all. Ideally, match your food (calorie) intake according to your activity level.
That means the amount of food you have today may not be appropriate tomorrow if you are going to be less busy/less active.

Guava is one of those fruits that have a low glycemic Index (GI) This means that when you eat them, they do not immediately increase your blood sugar levels. They are a good option if you like them. Just remember everything in moderation.

Tea: Green tea
Nut: Almonds.
Leafy green: Spinach
