The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Onslow WA housekeeping team and ensure all accommodation, amenities, and public areas of the park are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and order. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting team members, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Supervise, train, and support housekeeping team members.
Allocate daily cleaning schedules and monitor workflow efficiency.
Conduct inspections of accommodation units, amenities, and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Ensure all rooms and facilities are prepared and presented to company standards.
Manage housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and ordering requirements.
Monitor safe work practices and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.
Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties during busy periods.
Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records, checklists, and housekeeping reports.

Shark Bay Salt Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co. Ltd, owns and operates two salt fields in Western Australia – Onslow Salt and Shark Bay Resources. The Role:
The Mechanical Tradesperson is responsible for the repair and ongoing maintenance of the off-highway fleet and related ancillary equipment, including service trucks and water carts.
Conducting routine maintenance and major/minor breakdown repair work on off-highway road transport Kenworth and Scania, Belly Dumpers, Trucks and Trailers, heavy earthmoving mobile equipment and ancillary fleet.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults in systems such as highway road transport and heavy earth moving equipment.
Install and commission new machinery and equipment; modify existing systems to enhance safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with trades, operators, and maintenance teams to coordinate large-scale shutdowns and scheduled maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, including parts usage, service reports, inspection logs, and schedules.

About You:
Heavy Road Transport qualification with post-trade experience and experience with heavy earthmoving equipment (CAT and Komatsu preferred).
WA Drivers Licence
High Risk Work Licence - desirable.
Team player with great communication and safety knowledge.

Our Energy & Utilities team are seeking a highly capable Zero Harm Advisor to join our team supporting the Wheatstone operations in Onslow, Western Australia.
This is a full-time permanent, residential opportunity based in Onslow, working a 9-day fortnight. Reporting directly to the Site Superintendent, you will play a key role in ensuring our Zero Harm standards are embedded across site operations.

About the Position
The Airport Reporting Officer is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient operation of Onslow Airport through the inspection, reporting and maintenance of airside and landside facilities. Reporting to the Manager Airport Services, you will play a critical role in maintaining aviation safety, security and environmental standards while supporting airport operations and emergency response activities.

This position is responsible for:
Conducting daily inspections of runways, taxiways, aprons, lighting systems and airport grounds to ensure regulatory compliance.
Coordinating and overseeing airside activities while maintaining aviation safety standards.
Undertaking minor maintenance and repairs to airport infrastructure including pavements, fencing, lighting and drainage systems.
Managing wildlife hazard and vegetation control programs to minimise aviation risks.
Maintaining airport security and access control in accordance with aviation security requirements.
Participating in emergency responses, exercises and incident management activities.
Maintaining airport grounds, facilities, vehicles and plant equipment.
Liaising with stakeholders to coordinate operational activities, maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working on a 7-day roster, including after-hours and on-call duties as required.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience in airport or aerodrome operations, ideally in an Aerodrome Reporting Officer capacity.
Strong knowledge of aerodrome safety, compliance and emergency response requirements.
Aerodrome Reporting Officer (ARO) Certificate from an approved authority.
Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate (AROC) or ability to obtain.
Current C Class Driver's Licence.
Strong communication, reporting and organisational skills.

About the Position
The Executive Assistant (Community Development) provides high-level administrative support to the Director Community Development while also assisting the broader directorate to ensure efficient and effective operations.

This varied role is ideal for a highly organised administration professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and providing exceptional support across a range of functions.

This position is responsible for:
Providing executive and administrative support to the Director Community Development.
Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and other documentation.
Coordinating calendars, meetings, agendas and minutes.
Organising travel, accommodation and logistics arrangements.
Monitoring and maintaining directorate records, documentation and filing systems.
Assisting with financial administration, including credit card reconciliations and tracking operational documentation.
Delivering a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Providing guidance and support to administration staff and assisting the wider team as required.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Demonstrated experience in an executive assistant, administration or similar support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
Excellent written communication skills, including report and correspondence preparation.
High levels of accuracy in record keeping, data entry and document management.
A professional and customer-focused approach to stakeholder interactions.
Current C Class Driver's Licence.
Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
