Do your lash extensions last this long ?
This is how many of our clients walk back into my salon for their LASH REFILL. Still happy & with a full lashline ( & usually with many outgrown lashes for me to remove & reatach freshies )
It's so important to note that a fast lash growth cycle, medications, hormones, makeup , lifestyle , improper aftercare or pulling at the extensions can & does alter lash Retention.
But for the bulk of you, it's always a pleasure seeing you walk in with plenty lashes left.

BEFORE REFILL Aka how many of our clients walk back in for their lash refresh & before any outgrown lashes are removed.
How many outgrown lashes do we usually remove before filling up the lashline again?
~ I remove anything from 20-40% depending on your lash growth cycle. ✨️ outgrown lashes start to move around, twist, turn, so it's important to get them off & resecured with a fresh lash.
Great retention doesn't just happen in the salon, & what you do before & after your session really plays a big role also.
Makeup, hormones, medications, health, fast lash growth cycle & lifestyle all affect how long your lashes last.

LASH HEALTH ASSESSMENT
My lovely client came in for a new set, still with few pretty old lash extensions on but also a great opportunity to do my usual LASH HEALTH CHECK
I grabbed her initial consultation card from 10 YEARS AGO 👻 where her natural lashes were measured at 8mm & proceeded to measure their current length.
Being a decade has passed & my client is into her 50s now, we could expect at least some natural changes as our body & hairs change naturally over time but NOPE, infact her natural lashes were as healthy & long as 10 years ago & yet even stronger & with way less baby lashes. 🙆♀️
Not all lash extensions or lash products are created equally, we hear or see lash damage from lash curlers, mascaras, cluster lashes, strip lashes ( all daily wear) lash lifts & lash extensions are no different.
HOWEVER carefully applied, calculated, lightweight & correctly measured lash extensions customised TO YOU & FOR YOU by a highly qualified professional combined with proper aftercare & eye cleanliness results in no changes in the lashline.
