✂️ New Service Categories | Effective 1 July

To make our pricing simpler and fairer, we’ve updated our haircut and blow-dry services to two easy categories:

✨ Above the Shoulder
✨ Below the Shoulder

Rather than pricing solely on hair length, our services now better reflect the time required to achieve your desired result. This allows us to provide more consistent and transparent pricing while continuing to deliver the quality you know and love.

A quick guide: If your hair is any longer than the blonde example pictured on the left, it will fall into our Below the Shoulder category. This helps us accurately allow enough time for your appointment. 🤍

While this guide covers most appointments, the final category will be at your stylist’s discretion, based on the time required to achieve your desired result. This helps us ensure every appointment is booked fairly and allows enough time to give you the best possible service

✨ Price Restructure | Effective 1 July ✨

We know price increases are never ideal, and we completely understand that no one enjoys them.

Like many small businesses, we’ve experienced significant increases in operating costs. To continue providing the quality, service and salon experience you know and love, we’ve made the decision to restructure some of our pricing.

Our updated pricing is now based on the time spent in the chair, rather than simply the length or amount of hair. This allows us to price our services more fairly and accurately for every client.

We’re so grateful for your continued support, loyalty and understanding. Every appointment helps us keep our doors open, support our amazing team, and continue creating beautiful hair every day.
