🏆 Empire Spirit Award | Season II 2026 🏆

The Empire Spirit Award is our highest honour, presented at the end of each season to someone who truly represents what Empire is all about.

This award is presented in memory of Jo Morrison, a much-loved member of Empire 1.0, who showed us that true strength is found in kindness, resilience, courage and the way we care for others.

Traditionally, this award has been presented to a member. But at its heart, it’s about recognising someone who consistently lives the values that define Empire, regardless of their role.

Over the past 12 months, one person has embodied those values every single day.

Whether she’s coaching a class, checking in on a member, celebrating someone’s win or making every person who walks through our doors feel welcome, she brings warmth, encouragement and genuine care to everything she does.

She leads by example.
She gives her time generously.
She believes in every member, often before they believe in themselves.

So naturally - it was our absolute pleasure to present the Empire Spirit Award for Season II 2026 to Jacqui Brown.
