We had the pleasure of having the very clever KAYLA | Australian artist and her oh so cute baby boy Darby in today for The Ultimate Treatment.

Kayla is a local artist who paints the most INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL chook paintings amongst other cool items!

Special mention to the very talented Mia Penrose from JUMBLED | Original Art + Fashion who came and set up the most stunning array of artificial flower arrangements for our Spring theme!

One of the best things about being a business owner is other business owners supporting and cheering from the sidelines 🥰

This morning I woke up feeling a little blah, so I jumped online and saw there was an appointment available… and of course, I booked myself in! 🤍

Hailey worked her magic with those little hands, melting away the tension with a beautiful massage of my scalp, neck, shoulders, arms and hands — leaving me in a complete state of relaxation. ✨

Sometimes you just need to take a moment for yourself, reset and recharge.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is listen to what your body is telling you. 🤍

Never underestimate the power of taking time out for yourself.

Starting your own business is scary. Following your dreams is scary. There will be moments where you question yourself, wonder if you’re good enough and worry about what could go wrong.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You don’t need to know every step of the journey. You just need to be brave enough to take the first one.

DAD ON THE WAY TO A HEADSPA… 😂

He said he was “just coming along for the experience”…

Fast forward 10 minutes and Dad is fully reclined, eyes closed, questioning why he didn’t discover the Japanese Headspa sooner. 😂💆‍♂️

Because even Dad deserves to switch off, relax and be pampered.

Plot twist: he’s already asking when he can come back. 😂
