For more than 28 years Joe-D has been creating stunning hair styles. Joe-D prides himself on delivering fantastic colouring with fashionable hair styling that you will love. A visit to Empire Hair is more than just a haircut for men, woman and children; it’s a social experience with great coffee or relaxing cup of tea. Each Thursday night clients are invited to join Joe-D for a drink and nibbles while they get their hair done to the highest standard. I unfortunately had to put in place a "Last minute cancellation or No shows appointments " cancellation fee. This can be up to 50% of your booked services.
