☀️ A little reminder that daily sun protection is, hands down, one of THE best and most effective preventative + mitigating treatments against skin ageing.
⛅️Even if it's partly or fully cloudy, sun damage is still possible, if not inevitable. Make sure you liberally apply sunscreen, stay in the shade where possible and invest in good eyewear all year round, rain - hail - and shine!
🌤Check to make sure your sunscreen offers both UVA (A for "ageing") and UVB (B for "burning") protection.
🌞Include sunscreen as part of your morning skincare ritual, just like brushing your teeth - the right formula will not feel or look like sunscreen (yes, it's possible!)

10 years ago, when we began working together, we thought, "THIS is how you should feel at work every day."
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It just clicked, and this year has been no exception!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In early 2022 we made the decision to flip the script. Away from the traditional model of one-off / ad-hoc appointments.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Into an exciting new season for ISH: designing + delivering 12-month strategic packages for a much smaller community of clients. (just 100 people in total)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We also started helping people from all around Australia to take care of their skin at home, making shopping online easier, and recommending foolproof products.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Along the way, we learned we're not for everyone, and everyone isn't for us... which we totally believe makes us (and our clients) so unique.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
From the get-go, our packages were fully booked and we were blown away by all the enthusiasm, chats, laughs, and - most importantly - the amazing results we have helped people achieve together.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Our packages will open in March 2023, and we are taking interest now - spots are genuinely limited, so do get in touch if you're thinking about joining us.

Next year, we're also planning the return of our workshops, covering some pertinent topics (think: skin over 45 / peri-menopause / adult acne / hormones) - and we'd love your suggestions!

Also, it's time to recharge our batteries.

From 22nd December - 19th January, we will be taking a break to rest ...and sip all the margaritas.
