The Herb Garden Teas

My name is Emmily, I am a mum of 5, who has a passion for natural and herbal medicine. I believe that health and happiness go hand in hand; you can’t have one without the other. As a mum I have used many different herbal remedies for myself and my children. I’ve even found myself making herbal blends for friends and other family members. The Herb Garden is a range of herbal teas aimed at a variety of ailments from anxiety to immune boost. In today’s modern society people are often quick to go to the chemist for an over the counter medication. My teas offer a great natural alternative for people to try before medications or can be a brilliant addition to an already healthy lifestyle.
