With the new regulations my booking system will look a little different.

For my newbies I’ll have either a virtual consultation meaning we can FaceTime for the consult if you aren’t able to make it to Parkes or Forbes, or just wanting more information without the travel prior to booking.
Also to my newbies there is a “new patient” booking selection; if you could write in the text box on booking if you’re after treatment on the day and what treatment you are after as well for the consult that would be fab!

To my OGs there is an “existing patient” tab and just please also write what you are after in the text box so I can ensure my stock levels are adequate for you.

*as you may or may not know the TGA (therapeutic good association - peeps who assert and allow medication into Australia) and AHPRA (Australian health practitioner regulation agency - literally the rule makers of health care professionals) have updated the regulations for aesthetic practitioners so -
• no more before and after photos
• no advertising that we offer the services we do so terms we were previously allowed to use are no longer allowed
• no use of these words on our booking system and ALL patients must have a consultation (which we do anyway)
• essentially no use of any of these words making it very hard to educate you guys on the products and treatments

This allows me to use a micro needling device
I have purchased the micro needling device, can use this in conjunction with PRP, prf and serums to be able to pe*****te the skin to re form collagen and assist with fine lines, acne scars, scars, cellulite, localised fat reduction and even hair regrowth.
Numbing cream is used prior to the application of the micro needling device.
Usually 3-4 sessions 1 month apart is recommended for this procedure. With treatments repeated to maintain results.

SECRET IS OUT

Over the next few weeks I will be purchasing the equipment to be able to offer PRP and PRF

Platelet rich plasma and platelet rich fibrin is amazing for acne scars, fine lines, hair regenerations, skin rejuvenation, wound healing, stretch mark revision, burn scars and surgical scars (just to name a few)

Not only am I working on this but I will be offering microneedling WITH the addition of PRP like a serum which is amazing for your skin.

PRP is also an excellent alternative to fillers particularly in the under eye area where some people are not candidates for tear trough filler.

Sunscreen
There isn’t much I’ll ever push on you BUT one thing I cannot stress enough is that you need to wear sunscreen every single day rain - hail - shine.
This will assist with reducing the likelihood of later/further sun damaged skin which is a massive aging factor.
This one had UVB + UVA 50+ which is imperative for our climate.
These are also matte so not greasy.
I keep these babies in stock because, we all need sunscreen.

Why sometimes do we bruise?
One of the most common side effects of any injectables treatment is bruising and here is why - the red and blue are veins and arteries. Unfortunately everyone’s anatomy is so different and so sometimes we can nick a vessel and cause some bruising. They do clear up within 3-10 days generally. It’s not a common occurrence but definitely something that happens from time to time.
This is also why it’s important to book your treatment in advance for events.
