😮 WHY AM I LOSING LASHES MORE THAN NORMAL? 😮

There’s lots of reasons why you may be shedding lashes faster than normal.

Let me explain:
#1 Seasonal Shed: as the seasons change (summer, autumn, winter & spring) our bodies adjust by shedding unwanted/not required hair.

#2 Growth Cycle: the typical cycle of hair growth is 3mths. As hair reaches it full maturity (telogen, it will fall out allowing new growth to come through and starting the cycle again (anagen).

#3 Stress & Trauma: been through a traumatic experience? Super stressed out? The body will show evidence of this normally around 2-3mths AFTER the significant stressful event. This could be a breakup, work/life stresses, a death of a loved one, etc.

#4 Pregnancy/Birth/Surgery: this follows on from the previous example. The body will demonstrate “shock” to the major experience it’s endured, often by the loss of hair. It will grow back! It’ll just take some time 🫶🏽

Lash lifts can last up to 10 weeks.
Brow dye can last up to 2 weeks on the skin or 4 weeks on the hair.

I mean… who wants to worry about any of that maintenance while on holiday. Not me!

A reminder that this is our last week of trade before we take a much needed mini vacay over Christmas & New Year.

It’s super important that you remember that we work back to back to fit as many of you in so that your lashes and brows are lushious for all the end of year festivities 🫶🏽

Please ensure you:
▪️ arrive on time. Please arrive no more than 5mins before your appt time.
▪️ come with clean lashes
▪️if you’ve had a big lash shed or want them extra full, please let me know in advance so I can extend your appt (if possible) or reschedule it.
▪️any no-shows or same day cancellations will result in the full service fee being charged (as per the t&cs).
▪️and finally… if you are sick, please cancel your appointment. Lashes are important, but so is everyone’s health.
