Here’s a bit about me...

I’m a qualified Myotherapist (Sports Therapist) with a passion for helping people understand their body, move better, feel stronger, and achieve their goals.
My journey into Myotherapy began with a fascination for how the body works and a desire to make a positive impact on people’s health and wellbeing!
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with a range of people who I’ve helped educate, while learning just as much from them along the way!
I want to make sure each person feels heard, supported, and empowered throughout their journey no matter what stage they’re at.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking with friends & family, & embracing the outdoor lifestyle that I call paradise here in Adelaide.
At Bayside, I’m so happy & proud to be part of a team that genuinely cares about helping people achieve their health goals as an elite group of professionals!

Work deadlines, long hours at a desk, commuting, parenting, training, studying… day-to-day life places constant demands on our bodies.

Even when you’re stretching, exercising, and doing all the “right” things, it’s common to be left with that persistent feeling of tightness through the neck, shoulders, and upper back.
