Starting Finals Week 2 the right way 💪🏽🖤
After leaving it all on the field against the Rabbitohs yesterday, the Penrith Panthers Women girls were straight back into recovery at Unwind Studios—resetting their bodies and preparing for what’s next.
This Sunday, they’re back at Leichhardt Oval to take on Mounties, and we’ll be cheering them on every step of the way! 🐾🔥
We’re proud to support these incredible athletes throughout their finals campaign. Recover well, prepare strong and go get them, girls! 🐾🖤

Windsor Wolves U15 Div 1 are back at Unwind! 🐺🔥❄️
After loving their first team recovery session, the boys from Windsor Wolves JRLC were back in this weekend — and they’ve already locked in another session for Thursday. 🙌
We love seeing young athletes making recovery part of their routine and understanding the importance of looking after their bodies alongside training and game day.
Train. Recover. Repeat. ♾️
