One thing I've learnt over the years is that you never stop learning about skin. Every client teaches you something, and there's always more to understand.

Our team recently spent two days training with Matoyla, our skin guru, learning more about acne and sensitive skin. These are some of the concerns we see the most, and they're often misunderstood.

A lot of people think the answer is stronger products or more aggressive treatments, but that's not usually the case. The first step is understanding why the skin is reacting.

That's why we keep investing in training, so we can give our clients the best advice, the right treatments, and results they can feel confident in.

Every hair in your eyebrows is important.

That's why we've spent years training, learning, and improving our skills. We invest in education because we want to give you the best eyebrows we can.

Beautiful brows aren't rushed. They take time, care, and experience.

That's the difference.

Thinking about cosmetic brow tattooing but not sure if it's right for you?

That hesitation is worth listening to.

I'll walk you through what's realistic for your brows specifically, no pressure. Just information.

Comment BROW if you've been sitting on the fence.

Day 14

Two weeks later.

This is where I really started noticing a difference.

My skin looks brighter, healthier and my pigmentation is beginning to fade.

It's still improving every day.

Pigmentation doesn't disappear overnight, but this is such a great start.

Can you see the brightness coming through?

“Do you do men’s facials?”

My answer? Does he have skin? 😂

It sounds cheeky, but really, skin is skin. Men can have sensitive, dry, oily or irritated skin too. What matters is understanding the skin and treating what it actually needs.

The same goes for skincare products. It’s not about whether you’re a man or a woman. It’s about choosing the right products for your skin.

Every hair matters.

It takes training, practice and experience to know what to remove and what to leave.

That’s why great brows take time.

You've spent money on products. You've been consistent.

And your skin still isn't where you want it.

Sometimes what you're using isn't wrong. It's just not matched to what your skin needs right now.

Comment SKIN if you're in that frustrating place.

Day 7

One week later.

The peeling has finished.

My skin already feels smoother and fresher, and today I finally put my BB cream back on.

It's still early days, but I'm already loving how healthy my skin looks.

Can you see the difference already?

"We don't do $10 eyebrows. We fix $10 eyebrows."

It might sound cheeky but there's a reason we say it.

We've seen brows that have been over waxed, over tweezed, uneven, or shaped without any thought to the person's face. Fixing them often takes far more time and skill than doing them properly in the first place.

Beautiful brows don't happen in 5 minutes.
