“Just a trim” can mean VERY different things… ✂️👀

Depending on your hair type, thickness and what you’re wanting to achieve, a trim could be a tiny dusting off the ends — or a couple of inches with layers and some weight removed.

That’s why we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all “trim”.

At the beginning of every appointment, we’ll have a consultation to talk through your hair, your goals and how much you’re comfortable taking off. From there, we’ll tailor your cut to suit you and your hair 🤍

Whether you want to keep as much length as possible or you’re ready for a proper freshen-up, we’ll make sure we’re both on the same page before the scissors come out!

We promise, we’re not judging you.

Eating during your appointment — bring the snack. We know appointments can be long and sometimes you’re squeezing us in between everything else.

How long it’s been since your last appointment — 6 weeks, 6 months or 2 years… we’re just happy to see you.

If you need to trauma dump — sometimes your hair appointment doubles as therapy. We’ve heard it all and what happens in the salon stays in the salon.

When you last washed your hair — we have shampoo for a reason. We’re not keeping score.

If you need to work — emails, calls, laptop out… if you need to get something done, go for it.

If you’ve cheated on us — tried another hairdresser? We promise we won’t take it personally. We’ll happily welcome you back.

What you do during your appointment — scroll TikTok, watch Netflix, chat, sit quietly or stare into space. Whatever makes you comfortable.

If you don’t know what you want — that’s literally what your consultation is for. Bring us a screenshot, a vague description or absolutely nothing. We’ll work it out together.
