OPI Black Shatter Nail Polish Demo Hey guys! I wanted to share this awesome polish with you and do a real time video of it working it's magic. This polish dries very quickly and I would describe it's finish as a rubbery. It feels sort of like leather when it dries so I decided to apply a top coat (Seche Vite). Hope you enjoy this
