Due to a significant increase in waitlist requests, I would like to remind all clients of the salon confirmation policy.

All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments that remain unconfirmed within 24 hours of the appointment start time will be automatically cancelled and the time will be offered to the next client on the waitlist.

Please note that appointment confirmations are required and are not optional, as this helps ensure appointment times are allocated fairly and allows waitlisted clients the opportunity to book.

If you have an upcoming appointment, please remember to confirm your booking to secure your spot.
