Let’s talk about how the sun damage our skin! 💥💥UVA & UVB 🚨🚨🚨

I will start with UVA, it has longer wavelengths and can even pe*****te windows. So that’s why I recommend to use sunscreen even if you are inside your house close by an open window🪟

UVA is responsible for skin ageing and tanning 💥 UVA pe*****tes deeply into the skin (the dermis) causing genetic damage to cells, ageing (wrinkling) and immune-suppression 😬

The other one you need to be careful is UVB. This one has a shorter wavelength than UVA but is associated with burning the skin 🚨 UVB pe*****tes the top layer of the skin (the epidermis) causing damage to the cells 🤯 UVB is responsible for sunburn – a significant risk factor for skin cancer, especially melanoma!
