It such a pleasure to see my students work after a day of training.
She didn't know how to do a painting Balayage at the beginning of the day and this is what she was able to achieve after the "INTENSE BALAYAGE COURSE".
We can be proud of yourself! ❤️

Social media has taken an important place, specially amongst the new generation.
It is an amazing tool to work with and to extend your marketing or create your brand❗
However, it also creates a distortion of reality which can create confusion about what is real or unreal.
Today, it is clear that the one who got the best pictures win❗
As an educator, I can definitely say that lot of people have more knowledge of "how to use a camera or filters to make their pictures perfect" and to me, there is nothing wrong with that but when technology are what makes your work good and not your actual skills, you should ask yourself if you are in the right direction.
Do not let technology overpower our skills!
Keep educating yourself and don't feel down because a hairdresser have better pictures than you!

Woow! This is a picture of my first hair competition in 1998, I was 15 years old!
This was my first challenge!
I will always remember that time! I was just starting my apprenticeship and all the hairdressers told me that I should be a drawer or something related to art because apparently I was too artistic! 😂 At my first day at school (I was the youngest apprentice 14,5 years old) I heard my teacher talking about a hair competition and I thought that it could be interesting to try! Even if no one supported me in the hairsalon I signed up to enter the competition by myself! It was for the title of the best apprentice and hairdresser. It was a hard time for me as no one was believing in me not even my boss! Anyway, I still asked my boss if I could stay in the hairsalon after work because I wanted to prepare myself 2 months before the comp. After 3 weeks of intense self teaching, I started to create and get some results. Believe me it was hard, there were no YouTube or tutorials to watch back in those days!
After seeing my obsession and commitment my boss finally decided to train me.
And you know what ⁉️ I won the fu**** competition and when they called my name, the funny thing is that my employer was the first one to run on the stage to get my trophy.
I became her favourite apprentice and also the most stubborn one. 22 years later she still talked about me!
In conclusion, if you are obsessed , if you believe that you can do it.
Put everything in action to make it happen and you will see people will start to follow you.
PS: I didn't say it's easy to do!
