Be your dad's favourite this Father's Day with our JUICY TOMAHAWK STEAKS! 🥩👑
And we know that he doesn't need any help on the BBQ, but JUST in case, here's a few tips for cooking the perfect tomahawk...
1️⃣ Take the steak out of the fridge 30–60 minutes before cooking and season generously with salt & pepper.
2️⃣ Cook low & slow at around 120°C until the internal temperature reaches 45–48°C.
3️⃣ Then crank up the heat 🔥 and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until you’ve got that beautiful, caramelised crust.
4️⃣ Rest for 10–15 minutes, slice against the grain and finish with a little flaky salt.
And there you have it… Father’s Day sorted! ❤️

➡️ And coming here is definitely better than driving around Karrinyup for an hour looking for a carpark 😂
