Running a small business means I pour my heart into every appointment — and I truly understand that life doesn’t always go to plan.

As a mum with a young family, I know how unpredictable life (and its reception) can be — and I always try to offer flexibility and understanding where I can. That’s why I don’t charge for missed or late-cancelled appointments. I know how important it is to have grace when life throws a curveball.

But lately, I’ve experienced quite a few last-minute cancellations, often with very little notice. While I know it’s not intentional, it does have a real impact. Late cancellations can’t always be filled, and that time lost really affects my small business.

🕊️ So I kindly ask for at least 3 days’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
