💜 Wellness Wednesday: Small Habits. Big Impact - Supporting My Body From the Inside Out

People often ask me what I do consistently each day to support my health, energy and wellbeing.
One thing that's become a non-negotiable part of my morning routine is my Pulse Web.
Most mornings you'll find me lying with my Pulse Web while I meditate for around 20–30 minutes, choosing the frequency that feels right for what my body needs that day. ✨

Ladies… can we talk about one of the least glamorous menopause symptoms? 😅

Waking up ALL night to p*e. 🚽

Turns out, it actually has a name - Nocturia - and it’s incredibly common during perimenopause and menopause because of hormonal shifts.

Vanessa shared this recently and I know so many women will relate 👇

💬 “I thought waking up 3–5 times a night was just part of getting older.
I barely slept for years. No matter how much I cut back fluids, I was still constantly up through the night.

Now? Maybe once. Sometimes not at all.
