I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out personally to discuss some upcoming changes due to significant increases in my business costs, including supplies, insurances, and overheads. As much as I’ve tried to absorb these costs, it’s become unsustainable for me, and I’m sure many of you can relate during these challenging times.

With this in mind, I will be adjusting my prices from January 1st. It’s not a decision I’ve made lightly, especially since it’s been 8 years since my last price adjustment. I want to assure you that I’m committed to working with you to find services that meet your needs and budget. Please take a moment to review the attached document for the updated pricing, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

I’m also excited to announce that we’ll be introducing Eftpos and Afterpay options in the new year, offering more flexibility in payment methods.
