Generally speaking most people feel relaxed, however if you’ve received a deep tissue or sports massage treatment then it’s common to feel sore or tender the following day- this is a physical response to the inflammation as your body heals

Aftercare tips ✅
1. Always hydrate- massage can cause dehydration as working the muscles gets fluid pumping out of soft tissues and flushes the toxins out of your system
2. Avoid exercise the same and following day after
3. Do some gentle stretching and apply heat such as a heat pack or take a hot shower to aid the recovery process

Tension headaches are the most common type of headache often caused by prolonged sitting, poor posture, overuse injuries, muscle tension or even stress.

They are often triggered from tightness and tension in the muscles of the head, neck and jaw. Releasing the muscles around these areas will help alleviate the pain and discomfort associated with tension headaches and migraines.

Hi Everyone 👋
A few updates, I will be off work for 4 weeks and back operating from the 12th July.

I will keep in touch with all my exisiting clients about rescheduling appointments soon and to my new clients the month special will still be applied ☺️

I appreciate everyone’s understanding and it won’t be long till I’m back doing what I love 💫

Unfortunately I have to close my home clinic for approx 2 weeks due to an unexpected surgery I underwent and I am unsure on my recovery time for now. I will start rescheduling all my clients and will try my best to accommodate for everyone.
