What is Trigger Point Therapy?

Trigger points are areas within a muscle that can feel tight, sensitive or painful when pressure is applied.

Trigger Point Therapy uses focused pressure on these areas as part of a remedial massage treatment.

✔ Like they keep getting tight in the same spot

Sometimes, pressing a trigger point can even produce a familiar sensation somewhere else. This is one reason why the area that feels painful isn't always the area that needs the most attention.
