Booking confirmation update:
When an appointment is made in salon or over the phone, you will receive a confirmation text message and email asking you to confirm your appointment.

Please note:
If the appointment is not confirmed via the link in the text or email, our system will not register it as confirmed and the appointment will be automatically cancelled.

This update helps us keep our schedule accurate and ensures appointment times are reserved for clients who are able to attend.

Online bookings:
All bookings are made via our website + booking partner FRESHA, in store, or, over the phone. NO BOOKINGS VIA DM’s.

Cancellation policy reminder:
We kindly remind all clients that we require a full 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If a cancellation, no-show, or reschedule does not align with this policy, the deposit paid for your appointment will be forfeited.

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of care to our valued clients. We also acknowledge that our time is valuable, and while we understand that sometimes life gets in the way — and have always remained understanding and accommodating as much as possible — as a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows do have a significant impact.

For this reason, we have aligned our booking system and cancellation policy to better reflect this.

You can also book directly via our website/socials, and manage/make any alterations to your appointment via your confirmation email.

A friendly reminder of our NEW booking and cancellation policy

We require you to pay a 50% deposit when making a booking, in the event that you cancel without notice (24Hours) OR you simply do not turn up at all we reserve the right to keep this deposit. This is based on your appointment value

How does it work

For Online Appointments, paying your deposit will be the last step before confirming your appointment.

For Appointments made in person or over the phone, you will receive a TEXT & EMAIL message from FRESHA with a link to securely pay your deposit to confirm your appointment.
