Hi, I am Carmel Bell from Belleden Therapies. I am an accredited Bowen Therapist, MSTR, Tissue Salts, and Dog Bowen. I also have my own Skincare range.
Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy is a series of moves on the fascia (a connective tissue under the skin and round our organs and muscles) that stimulates the body’s natural responses to bring about self-healing. As Bowen is so gentle it is ideal for babies through to the elderly, and everyone in between.

McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release (MSTR)
It is a gentle and natural method of producing lasting changes in your scars. It is using gentle pressure being applied to the area to help free the restriction in the scar. There is no force involved and it is applied within your tolerance.

- numbness, tingling, hypersensitivity

Tissue Salts
Schuessler Tissue Salts are a natural remedy that re-balance the salts which are naturally found in the body. By using a combination of the 12 inorganic tissue salts, these can help in treating diseases and improve physical performance. These 12 tissue salts are:
- Calcium Phosphate – bones and teeth
- Potassium Chloride – mucous membranes
- Potassium Sulphate – chronic pain
- Sodium Chloride – fluid balance
- Sodium Sulphate – excretion
