ROOM FOR RENT 🌞
We are opening our doors to potentially a few new small, women owned wellbeing businesses to rent a room on a day rate!
We have 4 rooms in the space and we all share and alternate between the rooms — each room is already set up with an electric massage bed, cabinetry, chairs, decor, music and candles.
There are a few days/late arvos available at the moment so please get in touch to find out more 🤎
We have the most beautiful team of women working within the space at the moment — we currently house .and.flow & .skinrituals as well as a team of 4 gorgeous girls that practice within Soul Nurture.

What does one do after a full day of treating at the sanctuary? Full back release & stretch.
But really you should do this at the end of the day no matter what you do for a living — there are so many non ergonomic factors in our daily lives that simply don’t support the body.
Making time to stretch, breathe and process the day in the evening is a must for all 🌜
