I know many of you have struggled to find appointments that suit your schedules, so I’m excited to be creating more flexibility for my beautiful clients.

💫 If there’s something you normally have done on a certain day and you can’t see it available online, please give me a call or send me a message — I’ll always do my best to fit you in where I can.

The older I get, the more I notice women are quietly keeping each other alive.

I mean in the almost invisible ways.

The “I could tell by your voice something was wrong” kind of ways.

The staying on the phone while you cry and pretend you’re not crying kind of ways.
The showing up with coffee after heartbreak kind of ways.

The remembering anniversaries of loss when the rest of the world has already moved on kind of ways.

Women do this thing where they hold each other through impossible seasons while acting like it’s nothing special.

Meanwhile it’s everything.

It’s somebody looking at you and saying, “No, you’re not crazy. That actually hurt.”
It’s hearing “Come over” and knowing you don’t have to clean yourself up first.
It’s somebody seeing the version of you underneath the exhaustion, the motherhood, the caretaking, the burnout, the survival mode.

And honestly, I think society minimizes female friendship because if we fully acknowledged how powerful it is, we’d have to admit women have been saving each other quietly for centuries.

This kind of behavior is quietly heroic because there are women alive today emotionally, mentally, spiritually alive because another woman reached for her hand at exactly the right moment.

Romantic love gets the movies.
Female friendship deserves the standing ovation. 💗
