I have always been a outgoing, energetic, athletic person and now am following my passion and making it my career, though so far, it doesn't feel like a career, it is something I love and are PASSIONATE about :)

Love outdoor and water activities and anything that requires me to be active such as:

Wakeboarding
Skiing
Boxing
Pilates
Trail running
HIIT and Tabata training

I have recently qualified in my Certificate III and Cert IV in Fitness at FIT College.

Hi all my beautiful followers, I thought it was time to update you on my new venture I have been on the past 2 years.

I have started a new business page where I am now an Intuitive Womens Life Coach, still utilising the natural solutions of the essential oils for emotional support and running Women's Circles, Coaching 1: 1 and running workshops.

I wanted to re-introduce myself as I feel it is great to get to know someone behind the business, so you the gorgeous client or “ insta” follower is aware of why i do what i do..
My name is Michelle and I am from Perth WA and I love to empower women to create healthier habits in their busy lives via the whole holistic way...
Mind, body and soul and what we eat..
For a lot of us women in the world today, we are always running after everyone else and then we run on adrenaline or an empty cup, which then causes us more stress, resentment, injuries (this is common for a lot of people)and it takes us away even more from doing what we love...
What this looks like for every woman is totally different! So if one friend is telling you to “slow down” but their idea is sitting on the couch” and yours is dropping back on your exercise, then THIS is what is for YOU...
I pride myself on being a busy woman but for the RIGHT reasons, but like yourselves, I TOO get warnings and if I don’t listen to this, I get slowed down by the universe!
I am here to tell you, it is OK to have time for yourself, it is OK to balance out your life for YOU...
What I would love to help you with is how to tell the difference between the busyness of just keeping busy to avoid, keeping busy to not sit still, keeping busy as you think it is what needs to be done, or if you genuinely feel you need to BRING IT back to YOU...
I will be holding a 6 week online course of “Bringing you back to your balance” the holistic and gentle way and you will spend 6 weeks with me once a week online with other gorgeous women and get to surround yourself with others who are feeling the same!...
I look forward to connecting with you all either via Insta, FB, PM, on of my courses or one on one and helping you all create HEALTHIER HABITS in your busy lives...

Do you ever come first??
A lot of us women are working mums, professional mums, business owner’s, wives, friends, cousins, nieces etc etc etc
We have always been taught to DO everything for OTHERS...
How about YOURSELF?
When was the last time you put you first?
When was the last time you CARED for yourself first?
When was the last time you THOUGHGT about you first?

How we treat ourselves is how we teach others to treat us...
Do you treat yourself as well and with as much respect as you do with others??
Sit with your thoughts one day and listen to your self talk...
What do you notice?
Do you speak to yourself with respect, do you speak to yourself with love or is there some self criticism happening?
Sit in a quiet space with your journal or piece of paper and pen, next time you feel self judgement, self criticism coming on, write it out, read it back to yourself and see if it is really true, is it believable, is it old patterning, is it untrue??
Turn those thoughts around and watch the change in your self respect...
