The room inside the salon is suitable for a Lash or Brow Business, Cosmetic Tattooing or Beauty Therapy Business.

The room has a sink with hot/cold water, shelving and beauty bed. Flooring is floating floorboards.

Public transport right outside, located on the Cafe Strip of East Victoria Park, Perth.
