Not everyone wants this life.
Some people are comfortable waiting for annual leave…
waiting for permission…
waiting for “someday.”

I wasn’t !

So I stopped building life around work,
and started building work around my life.

Now I can book the flight.
Be present with my kids.
Work from anywhere.
Choose time over pressure.

This isn’t luck.
This isn’t a holiday.
This is a different model.

And it’s not for everyone.

And it’s so true. I couldn’t care less the figure i have when I’m 80. If my daughters walk through my door, hug me, tell me about their week, and their kids feel safe, loved, and excited to visit… I’ll know I did something right.

Material things really don’t matter !

I’m teaching my girls that love comes from within.
That they don’t need external validation to feel worthy.
That happiness and gratitude are choices we practice every day. 💕

The next time you compare yourself to someone who has a bigger house than you, look at your little ones and remember they have all they need with you.

Never forget.
That little family you’re creating is everything.
The rest is just noise.

Everyone thinks building an online business means pushing harder…
doing more…
hustling louder.

But that model was never designed with women’s bodies, cycles, or lives in mind.

There is a lot of “go harder” energy in this space.
More output. More pressure. More sacrifice.

And honestly… that’s why so many women burn out.

What I teach PTs isn’t about grinding your way to success.
