PRICE AND POLICY UPDATE

Dear valued clients,

After careful consideration, we have made the decision to adjust some of our pricing, effective 4th March, 2025. These adjustments reflect the ongoing increase in the costs of products, consumables and utilities.

As many of you are aware, we have implemented booking deposits over the past few years to reduce last-minute cancellations. We are pleased to note that this has been successful, and we sincerely thank you for your cooperation.

We are now updating our policy and will be removing booking deposits for in-salon and phone bookings. However, we will continue to require deposits for online bookings and for new clients. These deposits help secure your treatment time and will be applied towards cancellations that do not adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy.

Please note that if a booking deposit has not been paid and a cancellation occurs within 24 hours, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and applicable fees may be charged.

We greatly appreciate your continued support and understanding. As always, we remain committed to delivering the highest quality of services, products, and care.
