When we ask for a deposit, we’re not doing it to be difficult and we’re not trying to steal your money. We’re protecting our business and our teams wage packet. This isn’t a hobby for us- this business employs 5 wonderful team members and offers a luxury service to our clients. We’ve been in business for over 17 years and we’ve survived a lot. When you don’t show up (after your 2 reminder texts that cost us money to send) then yeah, we get pretty GRUMPY!

When you cancel 10 minutes before your appointment time (again after your 2 reminder texts) we get GRUMPY!

This is people’s livelihood.

Our terms,conditions and policies are clearly outlined on our website (they always have been) but maybe we’ve been a little bit too forgiving and a little bit too “chilled”.
