self care isn't just about caring for yourself but to also get to know yourself... its easy to take a bath, light some candles, meditate or go get a massage however learning to know YOU can be a little confronting and sometimes hard to swallow when your true with yourself. yes it can be full on but wow is it worth it!! and then the real journey begins.. so don't put it off any longer and become your own best advocate 🥰
