After a long (and ongoing) battle with my mental health, Im doing what I can to raise awareness and help those battling alone.
Every single person is currently affected by mental health struggles in some capacity; whether it be their own struggles or someone in their close circle, whether its out loud or in silence. For this reason I've aimed high.. Its a big donations target to hit in just 10 days, I know times are tough- every little bit counts and means more than you will ever know. Even if we fall short of our donations target; if sharing a very vulnerable insight into my journey helps even one person feel like they dont need to suffer in silence then we have still achieved something so precious that moeny couldnt put a price on.
For those of you suffering in silence...I see you. You are not alone. Speak up, reach out and seek support (to a loved one, friend, lifeline, a stranger...ANYONE). Even if you cant see it...the world needs you so please dont give up.

I have gone back & forth on whether I want to post something so raw & vulnerable or not, but feel I need to do it for myself so that I can look back & see how far I've come. Right from the very start 2024 has been an uphill battle for me, & as time went on my mental health deteriorated more & more to an extremely dark place. This year went from hiding the truth of what I was going through from so many loved ones, then a fight for my life against my own mind, to coming clean about everything to those around me, realizing the insanely huge support system I have & beginning my journey of healing. There are still many up and downs, a lot of darkness, but looking back to where I was a few months ago to now is such a significant difference. Its the small wins during times like these.
I've always been so vocal about mental health awareness, & admittedly its been a long time since Ive been in this place for such an extended period of time. Im hoping me being so raw & vulnerable with this post can help with spreading awareness, because for years no one knew I was suffering until I spoke up, I was the master of hiding my pain. Please know if you are suffering in silence too, the one thing that has got me through is for the first time I went to my family & told the whole truth, the good, the bad, the ugly & asked for help, support & guidance. This is the first time I havent fought these battles alone, the amount of love & support I have had from not just family, but friends & clients has been overwhelming. They have fought the battles for me on the days I couldnt. So please, if you too have had a hell of a year and suffered most of it in silence, speak up...to anyone. Just putting it out there in the open lessens the weight of the load on your shoulders.
So tonight I'm raising my glass to me;
To the battles I've faced & darkness I've sat in,
To the strength I didnt know I had,
To finding the courage to speak up & ask for help,
To focusing on my mental health,
To learning to say no & set boundaries.
Heres to moving forward, healing, picking up the pieces & rebuilding myself the way I want to be.

We had a quiet wedding season this year due to family commitments, so beyond proud to have come 2nd place in WA! Thank you to my brides who voted, it definitely was unexpected to place this year and it means the world that you took the time out to put your votes in!
2025 is a new year and I cant wait to open up my availability and meet all my new brides!

Hey everyone!
As some of you may know, my brother Brad has been going through a rough 6 months full of constant testing and uncertainty as his health is declining. This week answers have finally been given, its a heavy diagnosis and he is in for a lifelong battle with an autoimmune disease. Given that he has gone for constant testing and they were struggling to come to a diagnosis its clear the research/funding just isnt there, and as we saw that is extremely mentally taxing.
The toll that this process has taken on Brad has understandably left him really down in the dumps and not himself, and as a family its been really heartbreaking to watch and difficult to navigate supporting him with so much uncertainty. Brad has a heart of gold and is always giving back/does charity runs etc to honour people special to him and so I'd like to return the favour and get a team together in honour of him and the battle he is facing. When Brad found out we were doing this for him he felt honoured, however felt undeserving, so lets all come together and show him exactly how much he deserves this and how many people are behind him to show support throughout this difficult journey.
Bradley, please remember not all superheros wear capes. You have a pure heart and soul, you are kind, you are strong and most of all you have always been, and will always be a fighter. We are so proud of you.
