But becoming a mum changed me — for the better.

It’s given me such a deeper understanding of what a woman’s body goes through. It’s honestly INSANE.

The highs, the lows, the physical changes, the emotional changes… everything. Your brain changes. Your heart gets bigger and softer. And somehow you become even MORE emotional?! 🥹😭😂

WE ARE STRONG.

There are so many things you wrestle with becoming a mum. Sometimes you feel a little lost between who you were and who you’re becoming.

I was always SO career driven. Hair has been my life for 16 years!!! 💇‍♀️

So pregnancy was a strange time for me. Suddenly something else was pulling my attention away and I wasn’t sure who I was becoming.

Growing a baby AND being a hairdresser is NOT for the weak 😅

Fear, growth, excitement, uncertainty… ALL the feels. 🥹💀

But also the most incredible love I have ever felt. 🥹❤️

Becoming a mum is the best thing I’ve ever done, and honestly, I’m now in my favourite chapter of my life!

And I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me and my business all these years. To everyone who has sat in my chair, trusted me with your hair and supported my dream — thank you. 🙏 🎨 ✂️

I truly, truly love what I do.

It feels so good to have my body back! feel like myself again and reconnect with the woman I was before I became a mum.

And I think so many women can relate to feeling pulled in a million different directions while trying to find themselves again.

So please, make sure you prioritise YOU sometimes too.

I know… mum guilt is REAL! 😂 But I’m trying to remind myself that we’re the heart of the home, and we need to fill our cup too!!! ❤️

Even if it’s just a little bit… quarter cup will do! 🤣
