After the incredible response to my last Women’s Health Evening, I knew this was something I wanted to continue.

So I’m very excited to introduce The Women’s Health Edit, a women’s health information evening to be held in October.

Because there is still such a huge need for women to have access to reliable information, knowledgeable practitioners, and a space where they actually feel heard.

Whether you’re beginning to notice changes and wondering “Could this be perimenopause?”, you’re already navigating menopause, you have questions about hormones or treatment options, or you simply don’t quite feel like yourself anymore, this evening is for you.

We’ll be talking openly about women’s health, hormones, perimenopause, menopause and what comes beyond, cutting through the confusion and misinformation and helping you better understand what may be happening in your body and the options available to you.

No embarrassment. No question too silly. No being dismissed with “it’s just part of getting older.”

Just honest conversation, evidence-informed education and women supporting women.

🇪🇸 Benidorm… you’ve been an absolute VIBE ☀️🍹🦐

Five days of our little holiday within a holiday and apparently this Australian completely underestimated the Spanish sun. How is it even possible to burn under an umbrella, covered in t-shirts and a giant hat? 😆

The weather was hot.
The sun was glorious.
The sunburn is now hotter than both 🔥

I have officially reached cooked prawn status 🦐 and, in a plot twist absolutely nobody saw coming, I genuinely cannot WAIT to get back to the cold, grey weather in Ireland. 🇮🇪😂

Sunburn aside, we have had the BEST five days.

We’ve soaked up every bit of sunshine, eaten far too much incredible food, had a few holiday drinks, wandered with nowhere in particular to be, laughed a lot, slept in, rested and just completely switched off.

And really… isn’t that exactly what a holiday is supposed to be? ❤️

No rushing. No alarms. No responsibilities. Just good food, sunshine, and beautiful surroundings.

This entire trip has been so good for the soul, and our spontaneous little Spanish detour has been the perfect addition. 🇪🇸

My heart is full.
My belly is fuller.
And my skin is approximately three shades off fluorescent red. 🦐🔥😂

Benidorm, you’ve been bloody brilliant.

One more week of holiday time left, and then we’re home, back to the people and puppies we miss the most, and back to my clinic which I am missing as much my people and my puppies!

Now please send me back to Ireland before they cover me in butter and garlic and add me to a seafood platter. 😂✈️🇮🇪

I think today may just have been my favourite day of the holiday so far… 🦙🤎

Today we visited the beautiful BallyBurren Alpaca Hiking Trail, and I absolutely fell in love with our gorgeous boy, Latte.

Having a Louie and a Lenny waiting for me at home, I was quietly wondering whether they’d notice if I added a Latte to the family… and whether I could somehow sneak him home in my suitcase! 😂🧳🦙

He was honestly the sweetest boy and completely made our day. From stopping for b***y scratches on almost every tree along the trail, to happily munching his way through the prickliest nettles and holly, Latte was the very best company.

Walking through the most beautiful countryside with this gorgeous boy beside us was just magic. Such a simple, peaceful and incredibly special experience.

This will definitely be one of the biggest highlights of our holiday-although I’m still not completely ruling out finding room for Latte in the suitcase… 🤎😂

What an absolutely beautiful day 🦙

I’m absolutely relishing every second of this break, and will be back at Revive & Renew, feeling….ummmmm….revived and renewed! 🤭

Morning walks through Clare Glen, the friendliest ‘cews’ 🐮, nervous solo driving from country Northern Ireland into Belfast 😳, toaster returned (thankfully!), new car (with an actual engine that can make it up hills!) collected, family hangs, and our first restful sleep. Blessed 🥹
