I am beyond excited to announce a fresh new identity to our little business. A name that truly reflects our values and passion!
Base symbolises the foundation of beauty; the starting point on which we build and enhance your natural glow.
Our mission is to empower you to embrace your authentic self and discover the beauty within.
From this moment forward, we are officially known as Base Beauty, (formerly known as Active Skin & Body.)

Hey everyone- Im Emma 👋🏼
Thought it would be fun to share 8 interesting facts about me 😅
1-I knew at 15 I wanted to be in the beauty industry- I studied hard, finish highschool and went straight to beauty college, haven’t looked back!
2-My husband and I have been together for nearly 10 years and yep, we met at a nightclub!
3-I was born in NSW and moved to Perth when I was 6years old
4-I am an only child! I was just too amazing, mum didn’t need anymore babies 😂🥰
5- I am definitely a night owl! And I’ve taught my kids to wake up after 7am! 😂😂
6-When pregnant with Evarlia, I was OBSESSED... and I mean obsessed with the juice in an olive jar! At one time with had three full jars of olives in the fridge with no liquid, because I drank it 😂
7-I always loved the girls’ name Brooklyn-
When we were in New York 7years ago- Quintin said I had to cross the Brooklyn bridge into Brooklyn to be able to name our future daughter Brooklyn!
It was beyond freezing- December time and I had forgotten my gloves!
Safe to say, I crossed the bridge and our daughters name is Brooklyn
8- touch wood- I’ve never broken a bone! Although when I was 15, in the space of months, I got chicken pox, ring worm and third degree burns on my scalp 😭
