Since moving into LÖYLY - Urban Wellness last week we've had alot fo clients asking which order should I do my treatments.
Simple answer its all beneficial 🫶
But if you have the time and can combine your sessions into the most blissful couple of hours I would suggest
Starting with your recovery session at LÖYLY - Urban Wellness the warmth from the sauna will already start the magic.
The magnesium plunge pool will do your body and muscles wonders.
With your muscles warm, your massage session will benefit hugely to continue to release tension, working efficiently to reduce stiffness and aches. Not to mention the body will already be so relaxed.
If you have the time, enjoy some quiet time in the recovery/relaxation room after your massage with a book and hydrate the body, soaking up those monents of quiet ✨️

Last night, we turned the key at Currambine Massage Therapy for the final time.
It is difficult to put into words what the last 13 years have meant to us. What began as a dream has been our home, our heart, and our community for over a decade. Looking back, we are filled with immense gratitude for every moment, every lesson, and every person who walked through our doors.
To our incredible clients: Thank you. You have been the backbone of this journey. Whether you were with us from the very first year or joined us along the way, thank you for trusting us with your health and well-being. We are so grateful that so many of you are continuing with us as we evolve into our new chapter: Perth Massage and Movement.
To our team members—past and present: You are the soul of CMT. You made this space what it was. Thank you for your passion, your hard work, and the unwavering dedication you poured into every session. We are so proud of the culture we built together.
While it is bittersweet to say goodbye to the CMT name, we couldn't be more excited for what lies ahead. We are taking the foundation we built over these 13 wonderful years and elevating it. We can’t wait to welcome you to the new space and continue our mission of supporting your movement and recovery under the banner of Perth Massage and Movement.
Here is to the end of a beautiful chapter and the beginning of an even greater adventure.
