We thought it was time you got to know the faces behind Glamour a little better! 🩷

So, kicking off our Meet the Glam Squad series is the person who’s been here from day one… our owner, Jani! 👋🏼

💅 Favourite nail colour: Pink will ALWAYS be my go-to! Although, there are approximately 847 different versions of pink… 😝🩷
✨ How long at Glamour: The whole 12 years, of course! 😂
🍕 Favourite food: Chicken Caesar salad with hot chips on the side. Always. 🍟🥗
✈️ Dream holiday: Back to Italy, but this time heading south and exploring the coastline. 🇮🇹
🩷 Fun fact: Before Glamour, I was actually a School Chaplain! A very different career, I know 😂

But funny enough, so many of the skills I gained as a Chaplain have come with me into running a business — from mental health training and mediation to, most importantly, listening to people.

And when you spend every day surrounded by clients and a team, those skills definitely come in handy! 🩷

So that’s me! Now you know a little more about the person behind Glamour.

From incredible brands to unforgettable events, pop-ups and collaborations — we’ve been so lucky to be part of some pretty special moments over the past 12 years. 💅✨

Here’s a little look back at some of the brands, events and people we’ve had the pleasure of working with along the way…

Boobalicious Ball - we’ve sponsored this year after year as it’s a cause close to our heart and it’s always a highlight of our year

Each year we go backstage to Crown Perth and get to create works of art on the models and dancers. Always so much fun and we love seeing them out on the stage 💫

Camilla - we’ve done multiple pop ups and activations in their Claremont and Karrinyup stores

Always so lovely meeting all the beautiful women who come in

Decjuba - another fun activation. It’s always a pleasure to get out and about and have a change of scenery

Myer - Again we have worked with them multiple times from doing nails for models on the runway shows to pop ups. We also have done the same with David Jones quite a few times too. We never take it for granted, for these major brands to trust us with our work

Style Aid - We have sponsored and done nails for this event a few times as well - always love being part of it

Working with the city of Subiaco on their Winter Style series. This was such a beautiful morning and a privilege to share our story with the ladies of Subiaco

This was an event for Perth Collective and I just remember being very heavily pregnant here 😝

We’ve been able to travel around Australia with Myer and worked with them on their roadshow using our Clawlicious Kids and Clawlicious Nail Polish and doing the models nails in each state

Us in Melbourne for Myer, we also did a pop up nail bar for the VIPs. Love how nails can take you to places you never expect

Polished Man - Each year we have done Polished Man and ran different events. So good to see the men get involved in this one

This was a Perth Fashion Festival summer series - the girls love being on location and out of the salon for the day
