The Guided Sauna Ritual ✨

Welcome to Aufguss - a German tradition where a sauna master leads the room through rounds of heat, aroma and towel work

Essential oils go over the hot rocks, then the towel moves that steam through the room in waves - it breaks the cool layer of air against your skin, bringing more heat intensity

Higher heart rate, deeper sweat, better circulation than sitting in the sauna alone 🤍
