3 weeks ago I started at Fitstop in Karrinyup shopping centre
It’s a group fitness class where you work in groups of 3
I’m going 3 days a week with 2 days swimming and lots of walking most days
And weekends with dancing

Finally switched on with puttying my self care first

Turning 59 soon and want to be fit as I possibly can be for my 60th in Dec 2026

The 60-70 I am planning on shredding my body, getting it supple enough to do the splits and strong enough to do hand stands
